I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium, all maintenance up to date. For some reason, all of a sudden my Toshiba laptop could not access Internet from home; tried at other Wi-Fi sites that used to work, but still didn't work. Reinsert the Network Adapter and then try connecting again. Cons Downloaded Realtek zipped file, installed, rebooted; still could not get my Toshiba laptop to work. Tried some suggestions on Microsoft support website - unsuccessful. Summary Not sure what my problem was, but this did not resolve problem. BUT I cannot say, with any certainty, that it was a Realtek problem Was this review helpful? Now the computer reconizes it and it seams to work properly again. I did not yet used it til now. Must have the most recent driver file with a Microsoft Hardware Compatibility digital signature,so it is compatible with Vista. The driver file here is not most recent.
